In 2024, WFTC convened an in-person side event at the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs (UN/CND) entitled “The Worldwide Impact of Therapeutic Communities,” which was sponsored by all
five TC federations and focused on TC impact within the World Social Report Second Edition.
In 2023, WFTC convened a virtual side event at the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs (UN/CND) entitled “Opportunities and Challenges within Therapeutic Communities to Serve Vulnerable Populations: From the Declaration of Mallorca to the World Social Report,” which was sponsored by all five TC federations and WFTC members Dianova and Proyecto Hombre.
